Jimi Hendrix was at the fore front of the 60's rock and roll movement and is arguably the greatest guitarist to have ever walked this earth.
By the mid 1960's Jimi had built a small reputation for himself in the US, but it wasn't until he found himself in a British nightclub where he was presented to play alongside some of the biggest names in rock 'n roll at the time. Unaware of who Hendrix was, these rock legends were left in disbelief after witnessing Hendrix play a right-handed guitar upside down - in left-handed form, behind his head and even shred the strings with his teeth while never losing rhythm. From there, Hendrix would rise to worldwide fame, go on to headline events such as Wood stock while shaping history in its course. Though a Legend now, Jimi's music still rings through the modern ages influencing many of us today.
